Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, provide a better user experience, and supply information to the site owners.
How We Use Cookies
Nextvestment uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies: Required for the website to function properly. These enable core features such as security, network management, and accessibility.
- Analytics cookies: Help us understand how visitors interact with our website by collecting and reporting information. This helps us improve the site.
- Advertising cookies: Used to deliver relevant advertisements and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
Consent Mechanism
When you first visit our website, a cookie consent banner is displayed. No analytics or advertising cookies are set until you make an active choice. Specifically:
- Google Analytics and Google Ads operate under Google Consent Mode v2 — their scripts load but do not collect or store data until you grant consent
- PostHog analytics is not initialized and no PostHog cookies are set until you accept analytics cookies
- Third-party advertising scripts (e.g., Apollo) are not loaded at all until you accept advertising cookies
- Only the essential cc_cookie (which stores your consent preferences) is set before you interact with the banner
Cookies We Use

These cookies are essential for the website to function and cannot be switched off.

| cc_cookie | Stores your cookie consent preferences | 6 months |
Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us measure and improve the performance of our site.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Expiry |

Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of our website. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. To find out more about cookies, including how to see what cookies have been set, visit allaboutcookies.org.
What Happens When You Withdraw Consent
If you withdraw consent for a cookie category (by updating your preferences via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer), the following actions are taken immediately:
- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics and PostHog cookies are automatically deleted from your browser. PostHog will stop collecting data for your session. Google Analytics will stop storing data via Google Consent Mode. Data already collected prior to withdrawal is retained in aggregate analytics but is not retroactively deleted unless you specifically request it.
- Advertising cookies: Google Ads cookies are automatically deleted. Third-party advertising scripts (e.g., Apollo) are unloaded and will not be re-initialized. Google Ads will stop tracking conversions for your session via Consent Mode.
If you wish to request deletion of previously collected analytics data associated with your visit, please contact us at privacy@nextvestment.com.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting that sends a signal to websites requesting that your browsing activity not be tracked. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how companies should respond to DNT signals.
However, our cookie consent mechanism already ensures that no analytics or advertising cookies are set without your explicit consent, regardless of your browser's DNT setting. If you have not accepted analytics or advertising cookies via our consent banner, no tracking occurs — which is functionally equivalent to honoring a DNT request.
Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our business practices. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
