Shiyin Chan Selected for Money20/20 Asia RiseUp 2026

Nextvestment Product Lead Shiyin Chan was selected as part of the Money20/20 Asia RiseUp 2026 cohort in Bangkok, joining women from across fintech and financial services from around the world.

RiseUp at Money20/20 is an annual global programme designed to champion more diversity across the money ecosystem. It provides women on their journey to leadership with the network, tools and techniques needed to help them strategically advance their career and reach new heights. Since its first cohort in 2018, more than 450 women from around the world have taken part, with 60% being women of colour.
The programme’s impact speaks for itself: 78%+ of past participants have moved into more senior roles since RiseUp, 91% felt more prepared for promotion, and 97% felt the RiseUp network helped progress their career and opened new opportunities.

“I went in with an open mind, and left the programme with full takeaways and an even fuller heart,” said Shiyin. “The level of generosity shared from so many women across different countries and industries was inspiring. These women left their titles at the door and met us with so much grace and humility.”
Nextvestment is proud to have Shiyin represent us at a programme built on the belief that diverse teams, given the right access and networks, shape better futures for financial services.
We are grateful to the Money20/20 Asia team for creating this space.
